Mayor Duggan is urging Detroiters to claim their Earned Income Tax Credit.
The wealthy have a whole range of tax credits available to them. Lower and middle-income folks one - the Earned Income Tax Credit.
And just as the wealthy have high-power accountants and lawyers, the City makes sure the same level of high-powered assistance is available to Detroit residents.
