It quite common for hairdressers to get shoulder pains constantly holding the arm up. The problem gets worst if in a poor posture which irritates the shoulder joint and causes muscle strains around the area!

Key things to remember:
1️⃣Seat Height
🔹Tall Clients - Lower the seat
🔹Smaller Clients - Raise the seat higher
2️⃣Leg Position
🔷Move around the client using the legs either in a squatting position or staggered stance position
