Breda University of Applies Sciences is involved in an Erasmus+ project called ‘Taste Europe on the Go’, together with seven other schools from Finland, Spain and Italy. During this project that runs for two years, every half year one of the participating countries hosts the other participants to have students setup and run a pop-up streetfood restaurant. Last December it was our turn to welcome everyone in Breda and the students created a wonderful food experience at the Belcrum Wintermarket. We look back at an interesting and invigorating week where we collaborated with and learned from eachother.
