Butt Growing Exercise.

1. Glute bridges. Glute Bridges is one of the best workouts for warming up hip muscles. So follow the instruction of this workout. Lie on your back and bent your knees with feet flat against the floor. Now lift your hips against the floor until your body forms a straight line. Hold this position for a second and down your hips slowly. Do this 15 to 20 times. Then take a rest for a minute and start again. Do this only 3 to 4 sets a day. Each set are 15 to 20 times.

2. Plie squat. You can't cut off this exercise if you want to round hip shape. Plie squat is very effective to get bigger butts. So do it, as we show you. Stand with your legs and you must keep about 2 feet distance between two legs. Hold your legs like this. Now clasped your hand in front of your chest. Bend your knees and lowering your hip until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Now return to the starting position. Do it 3 to 4 sets. Each sets are 15 to 20 times.

Diet Tips. To get an effective result. you need to change your daily diet a bit. Just add some protein, carbs, and micronutrients. Besides, you can add something more if you want to.
