I wanted to simplify ab training and sculpting six pack abs in today's video and share with you guys the only 3 ab exercises you need to get ripped abs! I prefer a combination of weighted ab exercises and bodyweight ab exercises you can do at home for the fastest results. The weighted ab moves will build the muscle and add thickness, while the bodyweight ab exercises will help you focus on time under tension and maximizing the metabolic stress phase of sculpting your six pack abs. Try these 3 ab exercises together as a full balloon method abs workout and perform this core workout 3-4x per week for the fastest results possible in getting a six pack. Make sure to keep your diet in check and keep your body-fat around 10-15% at the most to see visible abs. Ab exercises with weights and ab exercises without weights are both great, so don't let anyone tell you that 1 is better than the other. They are both needed to maximize your six pack potential.
