It's time for a heart-to-heart chat about my channel. I currently have slow internet speeds because of things that broke in our country. These things connects our internet with the rest of the world, so we are almost cut off internet wise. (Don't know how to explain it nicely, but the above should get the point across) This means I can't get onto the AfterLife SMP server to make episodes and it made me re-evaluate how I create content. Other things that normally happen in South Africa is that electricity gets switched off on a schedule to save up some power stores and sometimes internet is very slow. I use a wifi connection to connect to the internet, because there is no cables connected to the area I live in, but we have news that fiber is on the way. Fiber may take a year to get to my house, so I've had to make some decisions because of all these variables.
I have decided to stop streaming, because I won't be able to follow a schedule because of all these challenges and I don't want to be cut off mid stream. That feels unprofessional to me and I want to deliver decent and reliably scheduled content.
So, as for not being able to play on the AfterLife SMP server, I have decided to create a Single Player Series to make sure there is always content on my channel, just in case internet is weird and I can't play on the AfterLife SMP server. If I can get on the server, I will be making videos, but if I can't, there is at least another series running.
I hope all of this makes sense in the way I explained it and I hope everyone understands. Feel free to give me your thoughts on all these things.
I obviously need to name this new series, so let me know if you have any suggestions.
