How to Create an Outline Effect in Photoshop

In today's lesson, we will teach you how to create and outline effect in Photoshop.
Open the photo you need in Photoshop.
Choose Quick Selection tool from the left side bar. Click on the selection plus at the top panel. Select the part of the picture you need. Click on ‘Select and Mask’ at the top panel. Set Output to ‘New Layer’ and click ‘Ok’. Click on the eye next to background layer to make it visible.
Choose Outline layer. Double-click on it to open tools window. Check Stroke option. Change the size of the outline. Change the color. Click Ok.
