½ kg plain flour
1 tbsp of yeast
5 tsp of sugar
200 ml of coconut milk
1 egg
50 ml of oil
METHOD
Frying oil Whisk the yeast in a little milk, then add the sugar, the egg, the rest of the milk, the oil, combine everything and add the flour a little at a time.
Stir in the fine dough, cover and let it come.
Divide the dough into 4 balls, whisk the work surface and coat each ball with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spread the dough and divide into 4 parts.
Heat oil and fry.
