WE ARE GLORIFYING GOD...

...in Service to Those in Need
• Catholic Charities of Idaho
• Human Life & Dignity
• Hispanic Ministry
• Social Justice: Refugees, Homeless, & Agency Coordination
• Prison Ministry
• Nazareth Retreat Center

Answering the call to serve the least among us, these ministries bring pastoral and sacramental care to the disadvantaged and those who are most in need of God’s healing grace. Whether comforting refugees or battered women, those confined to a prison cell or hospital bed, or advocating for the unborn or homeless, they show compassion to those in the margins of our society.

...through Vocations
• Seminarian Education & Formation
• Continuing Education for Clergy
• Permanent Diaconate
• Priests Retirement
• Special Needs for Aged & Ill Priests
• Marriage & Family Life

Vocational ministries address the full range of support for the clergy from the beginning stages of discernment to retirement. These ministries offer education and formation of men for the priesthood and Permanent Diaconate as well as provide direct sacramental and pastoral care, spiritual direction, and fraternal support as they carry out their ministries. They also nurture the most basic core unit of Christian life by caring for human and spiritual needs of family members to strengthen the bonds of marriage and family life.

...by Making Disciples
• Religious Education & Catechetical Leadership
• Teacher Training & Support Services to Schools
• Youth & Young Adult Evangelization
• Campus Ministry
• Liturgy & Worship

These ministries help to evangelize and catechize through our 15 Catholic schools, three college student centers, and numerous parish religious education and youth ministry programs, serving more than 20,000 people of all ages. They also promote the Catholic faith with its beautiful traditions and support liturgical and musical ministries throughout Idaho.

...in Our Parishes, Schools & Universal Church
• Chancery
• Communications & Idaho Catholic Register
• Financial Services
• Canonical Affairs & Tribunal
• Child, Youth, & Adult Protection
• Human Resources
• Information Technology

An important part of the ICA is supporting the work of the Church and the Diocese in every parish, school, and diocesan facility, including the temporal, financial, legal, personnel, physical, and so much more!
We accomplish this by joining together as one Church to achieve greater savings and access to needed resources in carrying out our mission of glorifying God with our life’s work throughout Idaho and beyond—work no one individual or parish could possibly do alone.
