L.A. to regulate tour buses in Hollywood

The Los Angeles City Council passed an ordinance that will restrict where tour buses can travel within the city, including some areas of the Hollywood Hills where residents have complained for years. Courtney Friel reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Feb. 25, 2020.
