Horse industry ‘robust’ in coronavirus climate

Horse industry ‘robust’ in coronavirus climate Aquis Farm Managing Director Shane McGrath says it’s “remarkable” how “robust” the horse industry has been in Australia and how little his Hong Kong-owned business has been affected by coronavirus.

Aquis took home a Snitzel colt from Blue Gum Farm on Sunday at the start of the three-day Inglis 2020 Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale.

Mr McGrath said the yearling had “everything” Aquis looked for in a stallion prospect and “came from some great breeders”.
