'Facilitation of Impediment Removal' with Carsten Lützen

In this video, I share some of my views upon one of the important responsibilities of a Scrum Master. The management of impediment.
I have heard a lot of different views on this, but for me, it is important that the Scrum Master does not become a bottleneck. This happens if the Scrum Master is the only one allowed to remove impediments.
For me, the Scrum Master should facilitate the removal if needed and fix them if possible. Sometimes it adds more value if the Development Team fixes it themselves.
