#Delhi #SecondAmendmentBill #NirmalaSitharaman New Delhi, Mar 04 (ANI): Cabinet approved Companies (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019. While addressing the press conference, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, “Cabinet approves Companies (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019. Bill removes criminality under the Act. This Bill further ease of living for law-abiding corporates and de-clogs the criminal justice system in the country.” The 72 changes in the Companies Act have also been approved.
