Elo! This is my weekly meal plan, dinners edition, written out day by day for you, ingredient by ingredient, even measured to count out the pennies! Some of these meals cost only £1 and even less than £1 meals. Most of my groceries I shop from Aldi (hence my many Aldi hauls) which saves me a lot of money. Per person, mine and LAwrences dinners cost around £6.00 per week! Feel free to copy my meal plan on a budget, exactly, OR you cantake bits away from this! I am a semi-tarian so there are Vegetarian and Vegan meals and I always give vegan alternatives when I cook with meat/fish! I also do a lot of meal prepping (buy lots of reduced vegan, cut and freeze) to save me lots of money! Would you also like to see this?
