I want to stress when I giggle or laugh before saying serious things like "I hate myself" its not because I'm joking around... I'm just not a negative person and I've never been one to cry about my personal problems, so for me to say something like "I hate myself" is just super awkward. Also I laugh because I feel like that's what most people would do if I told them I hate myself, but I truly do and that's why I'm seeking help so I can start to love myself. Sorry I'm such a weirdo, I really do want to get in a better state of mind ._.
