The horrible pattern that we have dealt with in January which lead to being 7 degrees warmer than normal, continues into February, with the arctic air locked up north of the arctic circle and everyone in N.America seeing the complete lack of any cold. A storm system passes well to our SE for Saturday, most of us won't even see much precipitation, just plenty of clouds. Next week looks warm with temps reaching near 50 and then Stalled Front Syndrome. And there will be many cloudy days, not much sunshine.
