Two Safety Issues In Less Than 4 Minutes on Krome Avenue

Two Safety Issues In Less Than 4 Minutes on Krome Avenue I was west of Krome heading East on SW 168th Street. The intersection at 168th Street and Krome is offset. To continue East on SW168th Street I have to head South on Krome and then make a U-turn and head North back to SW 168th Street. The first safety issue is a truck and trailer parked in the U-turn extension pavement in the Southbound lanes on Krome. He stopped to get lunch at the food truck located in the nursery/restaurant to his right. He is blocking the u-turn the red van was trying to make.

The second issue happened less than 4 minutes later while I was Northbound approaching SW 168th Street. A guy in a white SUV decided to take a shortcut and drive across the Northbound lane of Krome and block the "left turn only" lane for people heading South on Krome and want to turn east on SW168th Street.
These are two very common occurrences happening frequently each day. South Florida drivers are not accustom to seeing "Michigan U-Turns" in Miami Dade County. Dot needs to better inform drivers and the DOT needs to have better signs and pavement markings.
