Let's focus on our goals, baby steps, baby steps! Many people want to go to the gym 4-6 x a week but that might not be realistic or reasonable and if it doesn't happen then you might be bummed and that is not helpful. Maybe you want to lose a bunch of weight, the best strategy for weight loss is focusing on your actions and behaviors and the weight loss will happen! Let's figure out a way to work on our goals in a sustainable way, look at your schedule and figure out what you can do each week, create a plan that works!
