My Slimming World Diary : Week 3 - Moving House (sort of) & Learning Not To Be So Hard on Myself Welcome back to my slimming world diary!

Thank you so much to everyone who has watched, liked and subbed so far!! This week I hit 1k subs on here and I was absolutely blown away!

Its week 3 and I am sure you cannot wait to find out how I got on in my last weigh in! I
It definitely was a shock.

This week I finished packing up the flat and actually moved it all into storage but I managed to stick to plan for the first half of the week and then stayed as close to plan as possible for the rest.

After my weigh in I have realised I shouldn't be so hard on myself and even if you do slip up or have a treat, that is O.K!! JUST GET BACK ON IT!
