Welcome back to my slimming world diary! Thank you so much to everyone who has watched, liked and subbed so far!! This week I hit 1k subs on here and I was absolutely blown away!
Its week 3 and I am sure you cannot wait to find out how I got on in my last weigh in! I
It definitely was a shock.
This week I finished packing up the flat and actually moved it all into storage but I managed to stick to plan for the first half of the week and then stayed as close to plan as possible for the rest.
After my weigh in I have realised I shouldn't be so hard on myself and even if you do slip up or have a treat, that is O.K!! JUST GET BACK ON IT!
