Molecular Gastronomy Made Simple With The Galaxy Highball In this episode Leandro shows us how to reconstruct a simple drink into something utilizing very simple Molecular Gastronomy to beautify a cocktail, Marius Breaks Balls as Usual and Alfred from Stagger Lee dispels a mystery.

Today we explore reconstructing an easy highball (The G & T) to illustrate how presentation can completely change your perception of a cocktail. We use the popular Butterfly Pea flower to construct the drink using a very simple Molecular Gastronomy technique. Not much to say about this one, hope you enjoy!
