Job creation, ailing municipalities focus at SOPAs

Job creation and ailing municipalities were the focus of the State of the Province Addresses today. There were some disruptions in the Eastern Cape, where the EFF members were told to leave the legislature for inappropriate dress, but largely the proceedings were dedicated to socio-economic development. In his State of the Province Address, Gauteng Premier David Makhura set his sights on industrialising cannabis.
