What are subliminals?

- Subliminals are hidden, positive affirmations in present tense that bypass our conscious mind and embed themselves into our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind does not know the difference between reality and unreality, therefore anything it receives is accepted as true. Affirmations also work side by side with the Law of Attraction, the universe’s way of attracting anything we want into our lives. Our minds and the universe are more powerful than we think. It’s possible to manifest what we think is impossible.

Recommended use:

- Listen at least 2-3 times a day, but the more you listen the faster the results.
- Speed of the results vary from person to person, but 3 months of listening should give you full results.
- Listen to a booster before listening (and after if you wish).
- Drink lots of water, sleep, and eat well as your body + brain will need the energy.

Treat subliminals like brushing your teeth. You just do it and don't think about it until you have to do it again. You brush your teeth because you know it will clean them. Same applies to subliminals.
Listen to your playlist and don't think about it until you have to listen again. Know it will work with each listen. There's no point in obsessing over results.
