Entering into connection and arousal in a completely new way

It will come as no surprise that I am asked all the time how to go from ‘regular’ sex (where we experience the majority of our pleasure through friction between the bodies) to ‘Tantric’ sex.

Exciting, intense and magnetic lovemaking is GREAT… but I think we all know that it doesn’t always happen and even IF it does, it isn’t always sustainable in long-term partnership.

We can often feel a lot of pressure to keep this up. We compare ourselves against an idea that it should always be this way. It can make us crazy AND create tension and discomfort within our relationships.

The great news is that there are so many sides to lovemaking. Ways to make love that can be even RICHER than the exciting ‘friction sex’ we have been chasing.

The big secret is that we have to be willing to allow for something different to happen.

We have to let go of the ideas we have pinned on what sex is and how we have defined it.

We need to allow for something that is totally new to arise.

It can’t be forced, but we can ‘set the stage’ for it to happen.

That’s what I talk about in this video, setting the stage for the kind of lovemaking that is rooted in a luscious, sensual attunement.

The kind of lovemaking where you can feel what your partner needs in any given moment in order to go deeper. The kind that is an expression of love and fosters not only pleasure, but also awakening.
