In this episode, we see the final results of my Terraformer experiment from Extra Utilities 2. It turns out the "range" is blocks in each cardinal direction, so range 64 makes a square of 64 blocks to the N, S, E, and West (or four chunks worth of blocks centered on the Terraformer). Tick acceleration from Time in a Bottle worked wonders. The respawn of the Ender Dragon went well and I got Dragon Breath this time. The trick was getting down at eye level with the breath cloud and clicking towards the horizon through the cloud (as opposed to targeting the endstone ground below the cloud which results in Ender Air Bottle). To make that easier with mt Block Reach enchantment, I just mined block down next to the cloud to jump down and get at eye-level.
While terraforming my Steppe biome to Savanna has resulted in no rain/thunderstorms (and nice looking grass), it looks like it may still be too overcast to see constellations in Astral Sorcery. I'll find out when I get around to building a telescope!
