channa dal 1 tsp
Methi/fenugreek seeds 1/8 tsp

salt to taste

Toor dal 1/3 cup

Tiffin Sambar
tamarind small gooseberry size
Sambar onions a handful
Radish 1
Tomato 1
green chilli 1
For masala
Oil 2 Tsp+3 tsp
Coriander seeds 3 tsp
Channa dal 2 tsp
methi seeds few
Dry red chilli 6
Hing/asafoetida a pinch
Onion 1
Fresh coconut 1/2 cup
tomatoes 1 red ripe

Curry leaves a few
