I cannot sell the Invention to anybody. Because of FTC rules and FDA rules, I cannot claim this invention as a medical device to sell to the general public. Human Trials are Required...that costs 20 Million Dollars. If I sell the Invention with Medical Claims...the FTC can seize all my invention materials and machines used to make the invention, without Trial in Court.
