Prime Powerbuilding Routine 4 Week Results | Lifetime PRs & Posing | New Series Coming! Welcome to my power building series! I have a dedicated playlist on my channel to all of the videos in the series. At the end of this series I will be releasing this exact program for the masses! The program will be highly customizable to fit the individual lifter down to the exact volume, exercise selection and layout of the program!

This is episode 6 showcasing my results of the initial first 4 weeks on the program! I have just under 16 weeks left for my next Powerlifting meet where I aim to total over 1800! So far the results have been amazing being only 4 weeks in. I have gained strength hitting lifetime PRs on the Squat, Bench Press & stiff bar deadlift (not currently comp deadlifting)! I am definitely bigger than I ever have been as well, did some posing for you guys at the end.

Future episodes will cover more in depth explanations of how I run the progression schemes, how I am altering volume/intensity/exertion(rpe) to maximize my results and much more! We also have a series with Kristin starting soon! Sexy Strong will be her series and program. She will be showcasing why the popular fitness females are selling you the wrong ideas about growing your body and aesthetics. She is also doing the same meet as me in may!
