We initially called them to get an estimate. Upon further inspection, they discovered that my roof was damaged enough to be covered by State Farm Insurance. They handled the entire claims process from the beginning to the end. They even upgraded me to the more modern shingles and didn't even charge me my deductible. I was particularly impressed with the cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.
