Hello and welcome to our channel accotutor. This video is all about journal entries of Discount allowed or given as well as discount received from seller.
In this video i have taught how to pass Journal entries of discount received and allowed case along with various types of discount related questions in nepali.
Discount is given by seller and received by buyer.Discount received is an income ; so it is credited. Discount given or allowed is expense; so it is debited.Also there is two type of discount and they are:-
Cash discount is mentioned in journal entries but trade discount is not shown in journal entry. Cash discount is given in billing amount and trade discount is given in market/catalogue price of a product.
So you will learn journal entries of class 11 in nepali related with discount case.
