Introduction of commercial Banking# Assets and Liabilities of commercial bank Commercial Bank is a financial intermediaries which deal in money or credit. Actually primary Motive of commercial Bank is generating profit but banks are backbone for the Economy. Commercial Bank borrow money for lend. Profit of commercial Bank generated by interest margin. Interest margin is difference between lending rate and deposit rate. Deposit rate is the rate which pay by Bank to their customer and lending rate is the rate which charge by commercial Bank with their customers. Actually lending rate always higher than deposit rate. Assets and Liabilities of commercial Bank is so much important. Assets of commercial Bank represent source of resources While Liabilities refers use of commercial Bank resource. Example of Liabilities are paid up Capital and Reserve, deposit- fixed and current, borrowing, and other Liabilities. While example of Assets of commercial Bank are loan and advances, credit, crr and slr, lending, investment of commercial Bank, government bond and treasury bill purchase by Banking system etc.
बैंको की संपत्ति व देयताये बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं।बैंको की देयताएं यह प्रदर्षित करती हैं कि बैंक संसाधन किन स्रोतों से प्राप्त करते हैं जबकि बैंको की देयताये यह दिखती है कि बैंक अपने संसाधनो को कहा लगाए हैं।सरल शब्दो मे जब बैंक ब्याज देते है तो यह उनकी देयताये होगी और जब बैंक ब्याज खुद देते हैं
तो यह बैंको की सपंत्ति होगी।
